Fatima Sadiq Mohammed is an international development and social protection specialist, strategic adviser, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience supporting governments, development finance institutions, humanitarian organisations, and private sector institutions to strengthen governance, improve public service delivery, and advance inclusive and sustainable development. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FSM Consulting Limited, she provides strategic leadership and drives the firm's vision to deliver high-quality advisory, technical assistance, institutional strengthening, and programme management services to public and private sector clients, development partners, and international institutions.

Her professional experience spans strategic advisory, public policy development, institutional reform, programme and portfolio management, monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), environmental and social risk management, and stakeholder engagement. She has contributed to development initiatives involving Federal and State Governments, the World Bank, Federal Ministry of Finance, UNICEF, North-East Development Commission (NEDC), National Adaptation Plan (NAP) Global Network, and other national and international institutions. Through these engagements, she has supported governance reforms, public sector modernisation, social protection systems, humanitarian response and recovery, institutional capacity development, and the implementation of complex donor-funded programmes across diverse operating environments.

Fatima brings multidisciplinary expertise in social protection policy and systems, governance and institutional development, development finance, environmental and social frameworks (ESF), resilience programming, gender equality and social inclusion, public policy research, procurement evaluation, organisational development, and knowledge management. Her approach integrates evidence-based analysis, policy design, institutional coordination, and implementation support to translate complex development challenges into practical, scalable, and results-oriented solutions.

As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of FSM Consulting Limited, Fatima leads the firm's strategic direction, business development, technical quality assurance, and institutional partnerships. Under her leadership, the firm is positioned to provide integrated consulting services across development programme management, social protection, public sector reform, institutional strengthening, environmental and social risk management, digital transformation, monitoring and evaluation, and strategic advisory. Beyond her consulting leadership, Fatima is the Founder of Crystal Hands Empowerment Initiative (CHEI), a nonprofit organisation committed to women's empowerment, menstrual health and dignity, entrepreneurship, youth development, and community resilience. She is also a Partner of the Naija Entrepreneurship Academy (NEA), a free online entrepreneurship platform supporting entrepreneurship development, business advisory, innovation, and capacity building for emerging entrepreneurs across Nigeria's 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.
