As the Founder and Managing Director of Hectare Industries, Hadi leads a diversified Pan-African business group operating across seven industrial sectors. Under his leadership, the organisation focuses on strategic infrastructure development, human capital advancement, and sustainable business growth, with an emphasis on integrating innovation, operational excellence, and long-term economic value creation.

His professional interests span infrastructure development, transport systems, industrial investment, human capital optimisation, and environmental, social, and governance (ESG)-aligned business strategies. He is committed to strengthening the foundations of economic productivity by supporting infrastructure and enterprise initiatives that improve connectivity, facilitate commerce, and create sustainable employment opportunities.

Through Tera10 Capital, Hadi is advancing the development of a wealth management and institutional investment platform designed to connect investors with high-impact investment opportunities. The initiative seeks to improve access to capital for businesses, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and contribute to addressing financing constraints that limit enterprise expansion, industrial development, and job creation across Africa.

Hadi’s professional approach combines technical knowledge with commercial and strategic thinking. He holds a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering and a degree in Environmental Technology. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and holds specialised certifications in Risk and Disaster Management and Health, Safety and Environment (HSE Levels 1 and 2).
